Peanut-Honey Dressing

Goes Great with: PB&J Salad

Directions: Whisk 1/4 cup chunky natural peanut butter, 2 tbsp. cider vinegar, 1 tbs honey, 2 tsp. water, and a pinch of salt.

Balsamic-Thyme Vinaigrette

Goes Great with: Pina Colada Salad

Directions: Combine 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. maple syrup, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard, and 1/2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves, and a pinch of salt in a jar with a lid. Shake until well combined

Basil Vinaigrette

Goes Great with: Pizza Salad

Directions: Blend 1 1/2 cups fresh basil, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt, and pepper in a blender

Creamy Chipotle Dressing

Goes Great with: Veggie Burrito Salad

Directions: Stir 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 1/2 tsp. chile powder, 1 chopped garlic clove, and a pinch each sugar and salt in a bowl and let sit 10 minutes before using.
